Objectives

The purpose of the Limited Liability Company is:

  1. conducting mining and carrying out mining activities;

  2. exploring and exploiting of and further processing and handling of diamond, gold, platinum, silver and other minerals, base metals, granite and other mineral stones for the natural stone industry and further minerals for the building materials industry;

  3. trading, including import, export and transit trade of all products connected with the purposes mentioned in subsection I and 2 of this article;

  4. acting as agent, representative and in any other capacity for third parties with regard to the purposes described in subsection I till 3 of this article, for so far legally permitted;

  5. conducting everything that belongs to the purposes mentioned in subsection 1 till 4 of this article, in the most extensive sense of the word, is connected to that or can be conducive thereto, including advising of, cooperating with, participating in and being the management of other enterprises with the same or similar purposes, for so far legally permitted.
